A refund request may be initiated under the following conditions:
The seller fails to ship the product within the agreed timeline.
The product delivered is materially different from the description provided at the time of purchase.
The product is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery.
A service paid for by the User is not delivered as per the agreed terms.
To request a refund, the user must:
Contact our support team at helpdesk@indiavyapaar.com within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery date.
Provide a valid reason for the refund along with proof (e.g., photos, invoices, email confirmations).
Cooperate in any investigation or resolution steps initiated by IndiaVyapaar.com.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Buyer remorse (change of mind after placing an order).
Delays caused due to incorrect shipping information provided by the buyer.
Product issues not reported within the specified timeline.
Services that have already been availed or fulfilled in part or full.
Once a refund is approved, the refund will be processed:
Within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
To the original mode of payment or any alternate method as agreed upon.
In certain cases, a partial refund may be issued if only part of the service/product is found unsatisfactory or if a mutual agreement is reached between the buyer and seller.
If there is a dispute regarding a refund between the buyer and seller, IndiaVyapaar.com may act as a mediator but does not assume any liability. Our role is to facilitate a fair resolution based on the information provided by both parties.
