  • If the order has already been shipped or delivered, cancellation requests will not be accepted. In such cases, users may follow the return or refund process if applicable.

2. Service Cancellation

  • For services booked through IndiaVyapaar.com, cancellation is only allowed before the service has been initiated or delivered.

  • No cancellations will be entertained once the service has commenced or been fully rendered.

3. Cancellation by Seller or Company

  • IndiaVyapaar.com or the seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of:

    • Unavailability of the product or service.

    • Pricing errors or listing inaccuracies.

    • Any suspicious, fraudulent, or invalid order activity.

  • If the seller or Company cancels the order, the user will be notified, and a full refund (if any payment was made) will be issued within 7–10 business days.

4. Charges on Cancellation

  • Cancellations requested after order processing or service initiation may be subject to applicable cancellation fees.

  • If a refund is applicable, any payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
